1. RICE WATER WASH
Rice water is cooling and has moisturizing, antioxidant and healing properties. That helps to improve your skin’s blood circulation, prevent or fade age spots and ease inflammation. Your skin thus preserves its healthy glow, stays wrinkle-free and clear. By the way: With rice water we mean the water which you get after washing rice. Before rice is cooked it’s usually being washed 2-3 times. The water during the 1st wash is thrown away. The water you get after the 2nd and 3rd wash is kept und used for face cleansing.
2. MILK WASH
Milk can remove oil-soluble impurities. It can also lighten age spots and hyperpigmentation, thus keeping your complexion clear. Furthermore, milk has exfoliating properties so you can also use it to gently exfoliate your skin. Another plus, milk gives you a decent amount of moisture. Fun fact: Some Korean actresses wash their faces with milk regularly to maintain their porcelain skin.
3. SPARKLING WATER WASH
Wash your face with sparkling water to keep it clear and firm. The bubbles in sparkling water deliver oxygen to the skin which can tone down puffy areas. And it also leaves your pores purified.
